During this 3-day event, we will cover:

  • Using CFT models to unpick emotions in supervision.
  • Noticing and facilitating the flow of compassion in 1-1 and group supervision.
  • Fears, blocks and resistances to compassion
  • Using tools to help EPs connect with and cultivate their “compassionate psychologist”
  • Sustaining compassionate practice over time.

About your host:

Dr Jo Taylor is a Child & Educational Psychologist and Director of Constellations Psychology. He is pioneering the use of compassion focused approaches in EP practice and regularly consults, trains and speaks on the topic. He is an Honorary Lecturer at University of Manchester, Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and is currently completing a Churchill Fellowship into compassion as a facilitator of caregiving.
